Language of book for review:
German - “Durch die ganze Nacht”
Published also in:
English - “All Through the Night”
A little girl gets ready for bed - and her mother leaves for work. We experience a journey through the night, in which people and professions are introduced who work at night so that we can also lead our lives during the day. Told as a story, the non-fiction book uses impressive pictures to guide us through nocturnal activities and illustrates in a child-friendly way what happens outside at night. We learn about riding the bus, making music, baking, delivering, doctoring and much more. A lovely way to start a conversation about seemingly everyday things.
Good night :)
