A girl known as the little doctor treats crocodiles and helps them out if they are insured or ill. She carefully examines each crocodile individually and takes care of them all. The crocodiles “pay” for her care with stories they tell her, and she loves them all. One day, the biggest crocodile of them all comes to visit the little doctor. She seems fine though. But the huge beast does not want to open her mouth. When she finally opens up, little doctor fears for her live but soon understands the real pain the big crocodile faces.
