The duck, the cat and the squirrel have a lovely life: they live in the cabin in the woods and make soup for dinner every night. Everyone has their routine: Cat chops the pumpkin into pieces, Squirrel stirs in the water, and Duck adds the salt. After supper they play music together. Every day is the same and life is good. Until one day, Duck wakes up early and decides it is time for a change! Oh, Cat and Squirrel do not like that. At all. A quarrel commences and Duck leaves the small cabin. Cat and Squirrel are sure that Duck will return remorsefully. Until it’s time to cook the soup without Duck. They realise that they don’t have a clue about how much salt to add. And they start missing Duck. Maybe having Duck cook the soup is not so bad after all? After a long day apart, Duck returns and they make soup together. Is all back to normal again? Or who else wants to do things differently now?
