The cow Mimosa (Lieselotte in German) is playing with the other farm animals, when the female farmer calls for bath time for all the animals. They all get happily washed, apart from Mimosa. It starts a hide and seek and tag game between the farmer and the cow. Only a big rain can stop their game. They decide to help each other with bathtime and everyone seems to be ready, clean and happy for bed. Until the farmer's tricks catches up with them.
The book is written in comic style, so it requires a more active style of read-aloud. Our child prefers to narrate the visuals more than focussing on the text.
